KUWAIT CITY - The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) will issue a series of decisions on organizing the labor market at the beginning of next year, especially after conducting a comprehensive assessment of the labor market conditions in the current year and the implications of the corona pandemic, reports Al-Anba daily quoting a reliable source from the authority.

The source hinted that these decisions include the evaluation of the employers’ need for manpower registered under their files – whether expatriates or citizens, setting guidelines for a number of job titles particularly the administrative work, and studying the possibility of increasing the percentage of national workers in the private sector line with the law on addressing the lopsided population structure issue.
