Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is offering a special package to investors and prospective buyers for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai at a sales event to be held at the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai on January 30.

Under the special scheme, the Emirati developer is offering a 10 per cent discount on all these projects without a down payment. They only have to pay a 1% monthly installments during the construction period and the remaining amount upon handover.

The other key attraction for the buyer is the exemption from service fees for a period of 10 years, it stated.

Reportage Properties said it was developing 10 projects that, on completion, will add about 4,000 housing units into the UAE market. It had recently unveiled the Diva project at Yas Island.

Six projects are coming up in Abu Dhabi, including "Al Raha Lofts 1", providing 178 residential units, and "Al Raha Lofts 2", which adds 124 residential units, within the Al Raha Beach area.

In Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, the "Oasis Residence 1" project is being developed to provide 612 apartments, the "Oasis Residence 2" includes about 304 housing units, as well as the "The Gate" that adds 463 apartments.

On Al Maryah Island, Reportage Properties is developing the “Al Maryah Vista” project, providing 786 housing units. The company also recently revealed a new project that will be developed on Yas Island.

In Dubai, Reportage Properties is developing the "Alexis Tower" in Downtown Jebel Ali, which provides 378 luxury residential units, as well as the "Rukan Tower”, in the "Dubailand" area, which is being developed in cooperation with the "Continental Investment".

It provides about 488 housing units, “Rukan Lofts 1” includes about 349 residential villas, and “Rukan Lofts 2” provides about 305 villas.

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said it had achieved record sales last year hitting AED812 million, up 125% compared to 2019, despite the Covid challenges.

This confirms Reportage's robust performance and its success in offering distinct and attractive real estate units, as well. It also reflects the stability of the UAE real estate sector, he added.
