The El-Batal Group for Housing and Development has launched Rock Capital 1, its first administrative offices project in the Egyptian market.

The project is located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and will receive a total of EGP 2bn in investments. 

Speaking at the company’s suhur party, El-Batal Group CEO Emad Doss said, Rock Capital 1 relies on long expertise, acquired since 1978, with more than 40 years of experience and successes in Egypt and Canada. 

We envisioned it as a testimony to our capacity as a major developer in the real estate market, he added, Our plans for Rock Capital 1 starts from aligning our plans with Egypts Vision 2030, while our aim has always been to provide world-class real estate products. 

Doss noted that this was ensured in the project design along with the services and amenities it provides. 

Accordingly, we selected our implementing partners to be market pioneers and leading experts regionally and internationally, he said, We collaborated with Hazel Wong of the award-winning firm WSW Architects for design, and Cracknell for landscape design in Rock Capital 1, along with Ted Jacob Engineering Group for Planning and Design and Construction, and the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) as general consultant for the project. 

He added that the project is planned for delivery by the end of 2023, and consists of two underground parking levels, one ground floor, and seven upper floors. 

Doss further emphasised that the NAC represents the perfect destination to develop the El-Batal Group’s first administrative project. 

He revealed that the company will deliver phase 1 of the first three compounds, namely Rock Eden, Rock Ville, and Rock Vera, by the end of this year, 2021. 

For his part, Youssef Samir, Commercial Director of El-Batal Group, said that Rock Capital 1 has been designed as an environmentally friendly project from the beginning. It will offer 16 elevators and 11 entrances, and features a comprehensive services and amenities package.
