UAE - Fang, China’s leading real estate internet platform in terms of the number of page views and websites visitors, announced the launch of uae.fang.com, a dedicated portal for the UAE.

The Chinese online platform, which is a part of Fang Holdings, has marked its launch with a special LED show on Burj Khalifa, the iconic skyscraper in Dubai, according to a press release.

uae.fang.com will cover the leading developers in the UAE and China and will feature property listings in the GCC state.

The new exclusive portal for the UAE users aims to boost Chinese investments in Dubai’s real estate market especially after the Chinese were granted the visa on arrival status.

Jian Liu, CEO of Fang, said: “With the launch of uae.fang.com, we are offering the opportunity for real estate developers in Dubai to connect with Chinese customers, who are seeking to invest abroad. Dubai is today one of the most popular destinations for Chinese investors, given the central location of the city, the strong UAE-China bilateral relations, and the positive economic growth environment.”

Fang, which has around 150 million views per month and 120 million registered users covers property listing in 658 cities across 24 countries.
