DUBAI: The Karun petrochemical plant near Iran's southwestern city of Bandar-e-Mahshahr was hit and parts of it damaged by an Israeli projectile, the deputy governor for security of the Khuzestan province said on Monday, according to Fars news. (Reporting by Dubai Newsroom; Editing by Tom Hogue)
