Egyptian developer Infinity Towers for Urban Developments has completed 45 percent of its 200-metre Infinity Tower project, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the company's chairman said.

Construction of the 31-storey Class A office building, one of Egypt’s tallest skyscrapers, started in 2020.

Assaad Salama told Zawya Projects during a site tour that the first phase would be delivered by 2024.

He said 28 storeys would house office units while 3 storeys would contain retail units.

The Tower also includes a five-level underground parking facility that can accommodate 800 cars.

Salama added that they have awarded Savills the property management and leasing mandate for the project.

Salama Structural Engineers (SSE) is the lead consultant for project, which is aiming to become the tallest LEED-certified building in Egypt.

Local firm SFG Trading and Constructions is the main contractor.
