Third Live Demonstration Course in Advanced Interventional Cardiology '09 is part of Zulekha Healthcare Group and D.H.A.'s concerted effort to deliver better care and usher in global standards in the UAE and was held on Dec 5th 2009 at Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
The Symposium is being pursued by bringing together top-tier medical professionals and raising awareness on latest treatment procedures and modalities along with regions foremost centers -the Rashid Hospital.
The Symposium was directed by -Dr. Fayaz Shawl - Professor and Director - Interventional Cardiology at Washington Adventist Hospital ,USA also Chairman - Cardiovascular Institute at Zulekha Hospital Dubai along with Dr.A.S.Binbrek - Consultant and H.O.D. of Cardiology, Rashid Hospital, & Dr.James Thompson -Director -Pediatric Cardiology, Inova Fairfax Hospital, USA.
Nearly 100 plus cardiologists had the opportunity to interact with and watch Dr Shawl perform complex cardiac procedures live at cardiovascular institute at Zulekha Hospital Dubai which was broadcasted to Grand Hyatt.
