ShiftIN Partners, a strategy management consulting firm based in UAE and with offices in Kuwait, officially launched its range of training solutions. The portfolio of courses range from Strategy Definition methodologies (e.g. scenario planning, strategic planning, innovation), Strategy Execution (e.g. Balanced Scorecard, Risk Management) to Leadership and Quality (e.g. change management, EFQM, etc).
ShiftIN in close collaboration with its extended network of partners is able to offer a wide array of learning solutions, from in-house to open trainings. The courses will allow participants to learn from the best in class organizations. At the same time, the delivery mode of the courses is action based learning. This helps the participant apply theoretical concepts with their own reality while comparing and contrasting the result with case studies from both a GCC and global perspective.
The first batch of open courses will be offered during June and July 2012. The first course will be a five days Bootcamp about Risk Management linked with Performance Management. It will be held on June 24th to June 28th at the Ritz-Carlton in the Dubai International Financial Center. Following this event, ShiftIN will introduce its action-based learning courses with the aim of building capabilities and delivering tangible results to its participants: "How to formulate a robust strategy map for your organization" course will take place in Dubai on July 4th at the Address Marina Mall and in Abu Dhabi on July 11th at the Rocco Forte Hotel.
