13 April 2013 (Dubai, United Arab Emirates): Manchester Business School (MBS), one of the world's top ranked business schools, is showcasing its range of full time MBA programmes at the Access MBA Tour event in Beirut, Lebanon, on Monday April 15th from 1pm-7pm at the Movenpick hotel, covering the full time options available for students based in Lebanon.
Candidates will be able to meet MBS counsellors one-to-one to discuss the full time MBA options. MBS will meet prospective MBA candidates at special 1-on-1 sessions during the Access MBA events. The school already has more than 1,400 MBA students in the region and the Middle East Centre is the largest and fastest growing in the school's international network.
The full-time MBA students will attend the main campus in Manchester to complete the intensive 18-month programme, which leads to the award of the same Manchester MBA degree awarded by the University of Manchester. The Manchester Business School MBA is triple accredited and ranked 29th in the world, according to the latest (2013) Financial Times ranking.
The Manchester full-time MBA provides a thorough grounding in business theory and practice, with international projects, live consultancy work and internships with high profile, multinational corporations. The Manchester Method of hands-on learning offers full-time MBA students around six months' client-facing hours, so students can test theories immediately in real world situations. The MBA is the first step of a journey with MBS which continues with a dedicated MBA careers service to help students achieve career goals, and a large alumni network.
Randa Bessiso, Director Middle East, Manchester Business School, comments: "MBS' full-time MBA students come from every continent and 90 per cent of them are from outside the UK. The full-time MBA appeals to those students who are seeking a change of career or who are in the early stages of their careers and have the resources to commit to an intensive full-time programme. MBS already has a strong presence and reputation in the region based on our very successful part time MBA programmes and both study routes lead to the award of the same world class Manchester MBA degree awarded by the University of Manchester."
Manchester Business School is the UK's largest campus-based business and management school. It provides a comprehensive range of undergraduate, postgraduate and custom-made executive programmes, for organisations from both the private and public sectors. Manchester Business School holds triple MBA accreditation - AMBA, EQUIS, AACSB. All successful MBA students are awarded a degree by the University of Manchester and no distinction is made between the different learning formats - all have reached the same high standard expected of a Manchester MBA.
