In the coming week Jeddah will witness the launch of the A Step Ahead Career Fair and Forum after its sessions in Riyadh and Dammam where over 38,000 female job seekers attended.  Organized by Glowork and in cooperation with the Human Resource Development Fund the 3rd Annual A Step Ahead Career Fair and Forum will kick off on 28 April 2015 at the Hilton Hotel - Grand Hilton Ballroom with the participation of over 100 leading multinational and local corporations.  The career fair will open with its morning forum sessions featuring local, regional and global speakers addressing female job seekers and their bid to gain employment in key organizations.

Commenting on the Riyadh and Dammam city successes, Glowork Founder and CEO Khalid W. AlKhudair stated:  "This is the first time we host A Step Ahead outside of Riyadh and the feedback and program achievements were exceptional.  We look forward to the upcoming session in Jeddah where we expect to witness even more attendance.  The booth bookings have been completed long before the deadline and we are daily receiving more requests for booking.  Even the workshops being hosted have ended due to the high registration of job seekers.  With over 3,500 jobs on offer during the career fair sessions in Riyadh and Dammam it was impressive to see almost 10% hires taking place during that brief period.  This is the goal of A Step Ahead career fair, to provide platform job seekers to meet with, get information and attend workshops and sessions that help them address their target companies and be ready for interviews and evaluation programs; and we hope to see further results in Jeddah."

During the career fair in Dammam 18 workshops were hosted, attended by 800 pre-registered female job seekers; eighty-five companies participated in Dammam where over 12,000 attendees were registered.

Participating universities include King Abdulaziz University, King Saud University, Effat University, Dar Al Hekma, Al-Yamama University, the University of Dammam, Prince Sultan University, Princess Noura University, and Dar Al-Uloom University.
