Dubai, United Arab Emirates: In line with JA Resorts & Hotels' consistent efforts to deliver 'heartfelt hospitality', the group have announced the internal movement of three key members of the management team, to enable a dedicated focus on the local Dubai based properties and the evolution of the overall brand strategy.
Otto Kurzendorfer has been promoted to General Manager atJA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, which will include all the operations at the Resort and at the JA Centre of Excellence & Shooting Club. He moves from his role as General Manager at JA Ocean View Hotel which he has held since 2013. Throughout hisextensive career, Otto has worked with leading hospitality brands across the world.
Taking Otto's place at the helm of JA Ocean View Hotel is Torsten Obermann, who has now been promoted to Area General Manager of JA Ocean View Hotel & The Walk. Torsten, a German national, began his career with JA Resorts & Hotels in 2009 when he relocated from Switzerland to Dubai as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms at the JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort.
Yasser Mansourhas been promoted to the position of General Manager of JA Oasis Beach Tower, taking over from Torsten Obermann. Yasser, an Egyptian national, has been working with JA Resorts & Hotels for over 15 years and has held several positions during his tenure.
