Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - December 1, 2009 - 3-GIS, an Alabama based software development and services company, has announced that GISTEC has signed on to be the sole and exclusive value-added reseller of the 3-GIS suite of products for its users including Safety and Security , local governments , utility, telecommunications markets in the United Arab Emirates.
GISTEC will offer its client's access to the 3-GIS Express Solution, an ArcGIS Server-based suite of thin-client asset management products. The Express Solution includes Network Express, a web-based editing, querying, plotting and reporting tool; Field Express Chameleon, a light field-based conformal application; Buzz, a BlackBerry Smartphone application for data sharing and quick data collection; and Express Conductor, the back office server component enabling the full Express Solution.
