The fitness Industry in the UAE is estimated to be worth USD 380 million and is further growing. The reason for the exponential growth is the rising awareness of consumers and their wish to lead a healthier lifestyle. A great example of this movement is the recently completed Dubai fitness challenge that motivated one million participants to a fitter life.

“Fitness is a booming industry and we are proud to be the biggest EMS fitness provider in the Middle East, Mr. Ferhat Kacmaz, Founder and CEO of Fit in Time explains. We are set to revolutionize the fitness market with our unique concept. Fitness as we know it has no future, we are stepping into a new technological Era, therefore the way we work out is changing for good. EMS – electrical muscle stimulation is the outlook” he says.

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses to train deep tissue muscles which with normal exercise cannot be trained. Ferhat Kacmaz introduced EMS – a German technology –  to the Middle East 6 years ago and is proud to be the first mover to offer this technology to a wide audience in the UAE.

EMS is a technology relatively new to the marketplace yet has been used by astronauts and athletes since more than a decade.

“Our expansion plans are daring, we are planning to open another 200 locations thought-out the Middle East in the coming 2 years. With the UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain being covered, the next market we will conquer is Saudi Arabia. The contracts are being signed as we speak, the fitness revolution has arrived.” He explains.

Ferhat Kacmaz, Founder and CEO of Fit in Time began his success story 6 years ago with only one concession in Al Quoz industrial area. As an experienced fitness trainer and entrepreneur,  educated in Germany, Mr. Kacmaz came to Dubai to live the dream “from rags to riches” as so many attempt to do. „Dubai is the city of opportunities, where else could I have become a self-made millionaire if not here!?” Mr. Kacmaz states.

“Dubai is a unique market place where first movers are rewarded, and innovators appreciated. I will never forget what this city has allowed us to establish. We are very grateful!” Mr. Ferhat Kacmaz explains.

Fit in Time - an innovative fitness company in the UAE is the exclusive EMS partner of Fitness First, Fairmont the Palm, Talise Spa and Burj Al Arab, with more than 30 locations throughout the GCC.
