Dubai, UAE - The acquisition of Links Group, one of the UAE’s leading providers of commercial facilitation and advisory services, by Equiom Group in September 2016 has been awarded ‘Deal of the Year’ by global publication Finance Monthly Magazine.
Now in its 8th year, the Finance Monthly M&A Awards recognises and celebrates companies and individuals involved in M&A activity across the globe who have demonstrated measurable achievements over the last 12 months.
The Equiom-Links Group deal won the judges vote because of the immediate reciprocal benefits that followed the transaction and the management team’s emphasis on cultural alignment of the two organisations.
