Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Omniyat Group has announced the construction of ultra-luxury hospitality brand Dorchester Collection’s first property in the Middle East is wellon schedule,with works expected to be completed by end of 2020. The project was firstlaunched by the company at its exquisite Gala dinner held under the DIFC gates in March last year.
For this bespoke project, Omniyat and Dorchester Collection are working with some of the biggest names in the architecture and design sector, including Foster and Partners and Gilles &Boissier. The highly anticipated development includes a residential component comprising of 39 exclusivesignature apartmentsexpected to be ready for invite only viewing later this year.
In addition to the construction of its first property in the region, Dorchester Collection will also manage One at Palm Jumeirah, Omniyat’s ultra-luxurious residential tower
located on Palm Jumeirah and home tothe most expensive penthouse in Dubai, sold for AED 102 million.
