- Barclaycard applicants will receive a complementary Du SIM card and talk time -
Dubai, UAE - Barclays Bank PLC has announced the Barclaycard anniversary promotion to mark its first successful year in the UAE.
Under the anniversary offering, customers applying for a Barclaycard, will be given a complimentary du Monthly Plan SIM card with free talk time worth AED 280 and up to 3 months waiver of monthly fee on the du SIM card, taking the value of the anniversary offer to AED 495.
"A lot of thought has gone into choosing the right gift for our customers. Knowing that du is continuously offering innovative products and services catered to bring convenience and excitement to their customers, we have decided to join hands in order make this anniversary campaign a reality. We believe the offering will give our customers something they will really appreciate and we are sure that du will bring them a truly unique communication experience." said Zeeshan Saleem, Head of Credit Cards and Assets for Barclays in the UAE.
The offer is valid on approved applications for Priority and Prestige Barclaycards as well as the newly released Barclays Premier League branded MasterCard.
"In one simple step, customers can walk away with a Barclaycard and a du Monthly Plan SIM card. We think that kind of convenience will certainly appeal to new residents of the UAE, frequent business travelers as well as our existing UAE customers looking for greater value," said Saleem.
The offer is available for a period of three months: from 1 June, 2008 to 31st August, 2008.
