Qatar - His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Tuesday issued Law No (5) of 2023 amending some provisions of Law No (6) of 2014 regulating real estate development.

The law is effective and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
