KUWAIT -- The price of Kuwaiti oil decreased by 43 cents to USD 62.97 per barrel on Tuesday after being at USD 63.40 pb the day before, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Wednesday.

In global markets, Brent crude and the West Texas Intermediate went down each by 72 cents and 68 cents to USD 62.45 per barrel and USD 58.64 pb.
