Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Nile City Investment announced the appointment of Mohamed Fouad Abou El-Yazid as the deputy chairman.
In addition, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved an agreement with Contrack FM Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Orascom Construction, to provide management, supervision, and maintenance services to Nile City Towers during 2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
During 2019, Nile City Investment posted net profits of EGP 598.85 million, up from EGP 527.35 million a year earlier.
