TUNIS, Nov 28 (Reuters) - The European Investment Bank has agreed to grant Tunisia loans worth 400 million euros for youth and infrastructure projects, the Tunisian government said on Monday.

The deal for the loans will be signed during an international investment conference in Tunis on Tuesday, the Prime Minster's office said in a statement.
