CairoEgypt is seeking to attract 100,000 Algerian tourists next year, Egypt’s ambassador to Algeria Ayman Musharrafa stated, according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

Both Egypt and Algeria enjoy excellent ties in all areas, which is evidenced by the fact that the President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s first state visit was to Algeria, Musharrafa added.

In November, Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said that the Egyptian investments in Algeria stood at $3.6 billion.
