NEC Payments B.S.C.(c) today announced the change of its corporate brand identity to Infinios in recognition of the rapid development of the company’s capabilities and to position it for continuing exponential growth. Simultaneously, the company has renamed its technologies as the Infinite Financial Solutions platform.

Formed in 2014 and licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain as a Card Processor, the company’s initial focus was the development of a next-generation digital banking and payment processing technology platform. In 2018, the company extended its regulatory license to include the activity of Payment Services Provider and became a principal member of Mastercard. The company has since continued to build its technology intellectual property and has extended its partnerships to include payment capabilities across Mastercard, Visa, Benefit and SWIFT, utilising its regulatory license and banking partners in multiple jurisdictions across Middle East, Europe and North America. These significant accomplishments have resulted in the MENA region’s first vertically integrated banking-as-a-service and embedded financial services solution.

The Infinios brand identity encapsulates the flexible and configurable nature of the company’s digital financial services offering and artfully reflects both its positioning as the owner of the Infinite Financial Solutions platform and its core values of being Innovative, Inclusive and Industrious. The Infinios brand will serve to underline the company’s vision to help digital businesses to thrive and their customers to prosper, and its mission to enable the growth of digital commerce and the development of superior digital financial services experiences through the provision of innovative, robust and compliant technology solutions.

Commenting on the launch, Andrew Sims, co-founder and CEO of Infinios, said “The announcement of Infinios, our new and compelling corporate brand identity, is the culmination of the hard work and achievements of the NEC Payments team since formation. It will enable us to better position the company and communicate our capabilities, vision, mission and values to our customers and stakeholders as we continue into the next phase of growth and expand upon our international footholds in the Europe Middle East & Africa and North American regions.”

The Infinios corporate brand identity is being applied by changing the company’s registered name to Infinios Financial Services B.S.C.(c) and immediately rolled-out across a new website https://www.infinios.com , social media channels, and by rebranding the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program as ‘Infinios Inspires’.
