BAGHDAD/DUBAI- Egypt's state grains buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC,) on Thursday received a lowest offer of $231.50 per tonne for 60,000 tonnes of French wheat at international purchase tender for the grain, traders said.
The offer was presented by Glencore.
