Cairo – Mubasher: Polaris group is planning to attract EGP 2.4 billion local investments to the first and second phases of Bosla project in Egypt’s 6th of October City.

The total cost of both phases of the project totals EGP 350 million, Polaris’ general manager Osman Arikan stated in a press conference held on Tuesday.

The first phase includes 56 industrial units situated on 55,000 square kilometres, while the second phase comprises 62 units situated on 40,000 square kilometres, Arikan added.

The top official said that the first phase was completed and 80% of its units were delivered, noting that the second phase is set to be delivered in 2021.

Polaris launched four industrial development projects in Egypt situated on 4.5 million square metres, with total investments of EGP 3.5 billion, and is planning to expand in the North African country in the coming period, Arikan announced.
