Dubai –  Nakheel has announced that about 80% of the construction of its AED 169 million Dragon City expansion project was completed.

The showroom and car park complex are slated for completion in the fourth of 2018, according to the Dubai-based developer's statement released on Tuesday.

Managed by Nakheel Malls, Nakheel’s retail arm, the 375,000 square foot complex comprises 118,000 square feet ground floor showroom space, along with a multi-storey car park for nearly 900 vehicles.

“The new facility is the latest in Nakheel’s ongoing retail, hospitality, and residential expansion at Dragon City, which will bring the overall size of the mixed-use development to 11 million square feet.”
