Egypt's Gates Developments is planning to deliver its Audaz Business Complex in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) by October 2022, a company official said.
 
Sales Manager Ahmed El-Desouky told Zawya Projects that the 2.4 billion Egyptian pounds ($153 million) commercial complex, spread over an area of about 16,800 square metres (sqm), is 50 percent complete. 
 
He said the 750-unit project includes offices, clinics and stores, adding that Cairo-based Free Line Consulting Engineering is the main consultant, he said.
 
El-Desouky said the company has also completed 65 percent of its 1.8 billion pound ($115 million) Catalan residential project in the NAC. The 40-acre project includes a total of 1,600 villa and apartment units and would be completed by October 2023.
 
Cairo-based Lotus For Designs & Engineering Consulting is the main consultant.
 
Gates Developments is also building West Gate commercial project in the 6th of October city over an area of about 4.000 sqm at an investment of about one billion pounds.

The 3-storey, 500-unit mall includes offices clinics and stores, and is scheduled to be delivered by the second quarter of 2021, El-Desouky said.
