Abu Dhabi : 874 U.A.E National students have completed their training in  Health Care Facilities of Abu Dhabi Health Service Company "SEHA" during this year 2019, from health care student, students who will continue to complete the graduation requirements, secondary schools and universities students who are training during summer vacation.

Emirati students have received their training in SEHA's 13 hospitals and in Ambulatory Health Services in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, by the medical, technical and administrative staff working in SEHA Health Care Facilities, who have great experiences and high international qualifications.

Mr/ Walid Al Zaabi- Corporate Learning & Development Manager has confirmed that SEHA is keen to provide the opportunity for Emiratis to receive their training in its Health Care Facilities as per its strategy to support national cadres, and create appropriate job appropriates for U.A.E Nationals who are looking to launch their career in health sector.

He said that "training programs provide the participants with the opportunity to learn about  work in health care field, and It gives the trainee the chance to learn about work environment in the administrative field and practical application within various hospitals and acquire different skills, with the aim  of contributing in the development of health care sector in U.A.E and ensure its sustainability.

He added that "SEHA" Qualifies and develop and train the Emiratis in all specialists to contribute in raising the Emiratization rates as well as training U.A.E Nationals Cadres and qualify them to hold leadership and specialized positions in various medical, health and administrative specialties.

He clarified that "SEHA" provides summer training for administrative and health care students annually, practical training for all health care graduates and train the continuing students (administrative and medical volunteering) at general level to complete graduation requirements.

He pointed out that various trainings are provided to medicine, nursing, and allied health students, in addition to graduates and those who are out of practice to qualify them to return back to practice again and control training and clinical accompaniment, as well as training the year of excellence for the category of general practitioner.
