Vehicle fuel prices will drop by as much as 1.4 percent next month, the UAE’s fuel price committee announced on Monday.

The fuel price committee reviews the petrol and diesel prices every month. Prices have been reviewed regularly since the UAE government decided to adopt a pricing policy linked to global trends in 2015.

Oil prices slumped on Friday on concerns about the new coronavirus variant but rebounded on Monday by close to 5 percent to $76 per barrel.
