Riyadh's Winter Wonderland wears a magnificent look

RIYADH An aerial photograph of the Winter Wonderland amusement park in Riyadh, featuring its colossal size and magnificent view after massive expansion work held this year, became an instant hit on social media.

The photo was taken by famous photographer Ali Bin Attiyah. “The shoot was made using a drone one hour before sunset last Friday evening,” Ali said.

The General Entertainment Authority announced earlier that the Winter Wonderland theme park will witness an increase in the number of recreational activities and funfairs being held as part of the Riyadh Season 2.

“The park has been expanded to a total area covering more than 376,000 square meters, and this represents an increase of 40 percent over the previous season. The number of games for adults has been raised to 51, and these include skyloop, House of Horrors, and skating ring. The ticket charges range between SR55 and SR110.
