Muscat: SalamAir urges those travelling to Turkey to look into the latest travel requirements related to COVID-19.

The airlines said in a statement: "Passengers are strongly advised to check the latest travel requirements related to COVID-19 before travelling to Turkey."

According to the airline the travel requirements to Turkey are:

1- Express e-Visa for OMR 24 through the link :

2- PCR test 72 hours before travel except for :

-Children aged five years and below

-Vaccinated individuals, provided that the second jab was received at least two weeks prior. It is also necessary to carry a certificate to prove the vaccination from the Ministry of Health (MoH).

-Those recovering from COVID-19 in the past six months, with a proof approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH)

3- Register at the Turkish Ministry of Health to activate the HES code 72 hours before travelling through the link: /https://register.health.gov.tr "
