Majid Al Futtaim Communities, part of “Majid Al Futtaim Properties”, has announced the appointment of ASGC as the main contractor for the construction of Harmony at Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai. Comprising 755 villas, across three distinct phases - Harmony I, II and III - the total contract value stands at AED 1.053 billion, the largest contract value awarded by Majid Al Futtaim-Communities to date.

Located in Tilal Al Ghaf, Majid Al Futtaim Communities' flagship destination in Dubai, the three Harmony neighbourhoods feature four, five and six-bedroom contemporary villas with intelligently designed layouts and bespoke Garden Suites that can be configured to buyers’ individual needs.
