PARIS- Turkish grain board TMO has issued an international tender to buy around 300,000 tonnes of optional-origin red milling wheat, European traders said on Thursday.
The deadline for bids is Oct. 21, they said, adding shipment was sought to several Turkish ports between Dec. 10 and Dec. 31.
