Minapharm Pharmaceuticals announces payout date of EGP 2.7/share

Egypt - Minapharm Pharmaceuticals will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 2.70 per share on May 30^th, according to the company’s May 9^thstatement filed the Egyptian Exchange.

The company stated the dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders recorded on May 25^th.

Minapharm posted a consolidated net profit of EGP 300.78 million in 2020, compared to EGP 414.091 million in 2019.

In late March, the pharmaceutical company acquired 96.79% of Germany-based ProBioGen.

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is an Egypt-based company engaged in the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products. It is in cooperation with several international pharmaceutical companies and it distributes its products within and outside Egypt.
