Muscat: A new play area for the disabled has been set up in Al Sahwa Park in Muscat governorate.


The total cost of the project is OMR116,000.

According to the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD), 8000 disabled children in Oman will benefit from the project.

In an online statement, the MoSD said, "It is the first-of-its-kind play area in the Sultanate. It has been built in Al Sahwa Park and will serve more than 8,000 disabled children. It was built at a total cost of OMR116,000 and was funded by Oman LNG."
