114 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bahrain on Sunday

Bahrain yesterday registered 114 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 212 recoveries.

The Health Ministry revealed that of the 114 new cases, 33 were expatriate workers, 64 contacts of local cases and 17 travel-related.

It said an additional 212 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 83,829.

Of the 1,538 active cases, 28 were receiving treatment and 16 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered 85,705 cases and has conducted 1,972,822 tests.
