Major companies operating in Saudi Arabia's oil and gas, renewable energy, electricity and petrochemicals have contributed SR525 million ($139.46 million) to the Health Endowment Fund to combat the novel Coronavirus pandemic.
 
Saudi Arabia's Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Health Endowment Fund, Dr Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, thanked and appreciated the companies for their contribution in support of the national health efforts.
 
The Health Endowment Fund is a legal entity established by a decision of the Cabinet and aims to enhance the role of society in supporting government efforts in health development.
