JEDDAH: The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) announced that passengers reported a 75 percent average satisfaction level in November in the quality of services at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, and Prince Mohammad bin Abdul Aziz International Airport in Madinah.

More than 700,000 passengers participated in the survey. King Abdul Aziz International Airport has continued to see a rise in satisfaction rates in recent months, reaching 68 percent in November, a 4 percent increase from October.

King Khalid and King Fahd international airports reported a slight decrease with respect to October, reporting 79 and 76 percent respectively in November.

The GACA conducts periodic reviews of airports, and issues monthly reports on the level of customer satisfaction with services provided.

The goal of such surveys is to improve the quality of services provided to passengers and visitors throughout the Kingdom’s airports in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which calls for the highest international standards to be applied in the field of passenger services.
