Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has opened its second voco hotel in Saudi Arabia in partnership with developer Wasata Al Wosta Real Estate, said a report.

The new voco Al Khobar offers guests a choice of 130 spacious rooms and features a range of upscale signature voco hallmarks: warm and bright inviting interiors, modern artworks representing the voco character and personality, said a report in Travel Daily.
Located on Dhahran road and just 55 kilometres from King Fahd International Airport, it is within easy distance of the city’s landmarks, including Al Rashid Mall and Eastern Province business hub, Al Khobar Corniche and Halfmoon Beach and Saudi Aramco.
With this new launch, IHG now operates two voco hotels in the country in addition to voco Riyadh opened in November and one in the pipeline, in Makkah – a 4,321 room hotel opening in early 2020., it said.
