UAE - Dr. Amin Hussain Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary for Medical Practice and License Sector in MOH, Vise president of Pharmaceutical registering and pricing within UAE, declared that all the news appeared through social media about this product are scientifically not true. He pointed out that no warnings had been issued about this medicine by USA Food and Drug Administration or European Medicines Agency or Australian Medicine Agency.

The action of withdrawing the product from the Australian markets has been taken by Judicial decision of the Australian Court, following Australian Consumer Protection Firm demand, because of the laws in Australia and UK which allow the pharmaceutical industries to produce an existing medicines manufactured by same industries within the same effective element existing, which means same medicine with same name and effective elements by same manufactures with different claim, which may make confusion for the consumer, so Australian Consumer Protection Firm asked to withdraw the UK product form Australian market, and keep the Australian one. MOH in UAE received an official letter signed and stamped by UK pharmaceutical regional manager Dr. Sophia and confirms that no warning for using this product, and no deaths occurred because of it. MOH confirmed to stop dealing with social media claims with no official sources which may lead the society to an increasing fear, violation of health advertisements law, issued by UAE Cabinet.
