In this never before experience, it’s not the patients who go to the respective Doctor; instead, the Doctor attends to the patient at the lounge itself, providing the examination/diagnosis to their comfort. All other services such as registration formalities, consultation, procedures, documentation, billing, blood sample collections, medicine procurements, medical reports, admission process and follow-up appointments etc. are done on priority basis, requiring minimal waiting times.
