The region’s most important event dedicated to showcasing the latest construction solutions will officially open its doors tomorrow at 11AM, with support from Ministers, high-level VIPs and Ambassadors. The Big 5 Qatar invites all construction professionals to attend.

Visitors will benefit from a pool of over 240 exhibitors from 21 countries, representing the entire building process across product sectors: MEP Services; Building Interiors & Finishes; Building Envelope & Special Construction; Construction Tools & Building Materials; Construction Technologies & Innovations; Concrete; and Plant Machinery and Vehicles.

In addition, free education at the event will offer insight to visitors on the latest industry trends, tools and techniques. The agenda is comprised of 40 CPD (continuing professional development) certified workshops covering the latest industry topics such as business best practices, sustainability and smart cities, and the all new Women in Construction Series.

Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre CEO, Jose Vicente also commented: “The Big 5 Qatar will provide a platform for companies looking to grow their business in a market busy with preparations for 2022 FIFA World Cup and the long term Qatar Vision 2030.”

In collaboration with Qatar Tourism Authority, The Big 5 Qatar will also feature the Hosted Buyers Program and Media Familiarization Trip. The two initiatives are aimed at promoting the opportunity Qatar has to offer to international business visitors.

The launch of The Big 5 Qatar will be delivered with support from Ashghal (Official Sponsor), Manateq (Economic Partner), Qatar Development Bank (Development Partner), Qatar Tourism Authority (Official Support), ASTAD (Strategic Project Management Partner), and City Centre Rotana Doha (Official Hotel).

Registration to The Big 5 Qatar is free, the exhibition is open for industry professionals from 11AM to 8PM.
