MANAMA: Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the kingdom, has launched annual town hall events for all its employees, line managers, and executive management.

The inaugural meeting, held virtually, focused on innovation, a core value of the company.

The meeting reviewed key company milestones, success stories, and provided more insights into the strategic initiatives inspired by the rapid changes in 2020 in the wake of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Mohammed Awachi, assistant general manager for corporate support at Solidarity Bahrain, said: “The objective of the town hall is to create a hospitable platform for all employees, to ask questions, or raise concerns, connect and interact more frequently with the executive management, as well as other employees from various departments, and to unplug from the daily routine.”

“At Solidarity, we want to ensure all employees have all the updates needed to keep them in synergy with the company’s most recent accomplishments, arrangements, and plans. This initiative is primarily focusing on employee experience, by encouraging them to voice their opinion and to play a key role in the company’s projects and activities,” he added.

The town hall meetings will be conducted on an annual basis continuing to reinforce the company’s values and establish a solid foundation to achieve Solidarity’s mission.

Solidarity Bahrain is a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding.
