Riyadh –  Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (Enaya) signed a health insurance agreement with Soliman Fakeeh Hospital.

Under the deal, Enaya will provide health insurance to the hospital’s staff and their dependents, according to Enaya’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The company noted that the one-year deal will have a positive impact on its financial results.

The gross value of the deal will exceed 5% of Enaya’s gross revenue for the year ended 31 December 2018.

Mazen Soliman Fakeeh is a related party in the contract, the statement added.

It is worth noting that Enaya’s accumulated losses fell to 15.2% of its capital as of 19 January, recording SAR 45.67 million.
