David Daniels, Director of Architecture at SSH, will take part in a panel discussion focusing on building value into the development of hospitality projects across the region at the upcoming UAE edition of the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC), running from 17-19 April 2018.

AHIC UAE, which will be held for the first time in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, promises to be unlike all previous editions of the event, as it will take place in a beachfront “AHIC Village” at the Waldorf Astoria, Ras Al Khaimah. Attendees can, however, still expect the best in world-class speakers, focus and discuss their insights with industry colleagues and experts, as well as discover opportunities to drive business relations forward within the hospitality and hotel development sector.

In the session entitled Focus on Value Engineering, David and his co-panellists will discuss how the hotel model in the GCC has changed forever and, as a maturing market, how that means owners and investors in the region must adapt and develop projects with value and return on investment in mind.

See David give his expert opinion on Day Three of AHIC from 12:30pm on 19 April 2018, and get the opportunity to catch up with him one-on-one throughout the event at Stand G24 at the AHIC Village. Contact Ken Campbell or Hala Tfayli for interview opportunities.
