ArabFinance: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) is offering more treasury bills (T-bills) over two tranches at a total value of EGP 19 billion in an October 12th auction, according to the latest data.

The first batch stands at EGP 8 billion in value, with a 91-day maturity period from October 13th 2020 until January 12th 2021, the CBE indicated.

The data showed another T-bill offering that totals EGP 11 billion, carrying a 273-day maturity that starts on October 13th this year until July 13th 2021.

The CBE has issued EGP 20 billion in T-bills a day ago over two tranches as well.
