Egyptian developer Al Sedek Real Estate is planning to start the construction of its Life Point residential project in 6th of October City in June, the company's general manager said.

Mohammed Hamed told Zawya Projects that enabling works for the project started two months ago, adding that the 12-building, 240-unit project would be completed in 18 months.

He said the company intends to implement nine projects in New Cairo but didn't elaborate.

Hamed also confirmed that work on the Quattro project, located in Maadi, is on hold due to COVID-19.

Quattro comprises of 12 buildings with 280 residential units and is scheduled to be completed in three phases.
