Ajman: The small & medium enterprises (SMEs) program “Taziz” of Ajman Department of Economic Development (Ajman-DED) organizes this July, in cooperation with the National SMEs Program and Dubai Academy, 8 “remote” training courses by visual telecommunication via Microsoft Teams, over the evening period from 5 pm to 7 pm, for the qualification and enablement of entrepreneurs and business owners to develop their enterprises for a sustainable development.

The first course of this month organized on 6 July, titled “Commercial Excellence”, addressed how to adopt an administrative structure and define performance indicators and the SWOT Analysis of a project, whereas Wednesday’s course is titled “Strategy Redesign for Facing Challenges”, which includes several axes, such as the redefinition of a project’s market, the redesign of excellence format, rethinking of recruitment needs, and active communication.

The course titled “Product Management Science”, which will be held on Monday, 13 July, introduces participants to products development and management, the development mechanisms of new products, and products management in its various stages. Product management includes all types of services and goods.

Furthermore, “Taziz” program is organizing for entrepreneurs a workshop titled “The Mental Health of Entrepreneurs” on Wednesday, 15 July.

The workshop titled “The Art of Working Team Creation and Management”, to be held on Monday, 20 July, will focus on the importance of the working team, its creation stages, how to select team members, its operation mechanisms, and the challenges that face a team amidst crises such as (COVID-19), in addition to the sustainability of the working team.

Whereas the workshop titled “Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills”, to be held on Wednesday, 22 July, will discuss the different levels of thinking, how to move from a level to another, dealing with problems and finding a good solution, and the development methods of an innovative mentality.

About the pricing mechanisms and methods of products and services, the workshop titled “How do I price my products and services” will be held on Monday, 27 July. The workshop will cover the several meanings of the price and its definition, knowing the strategic role of the price and its various forms, understanding the mechanism of pricing steps, and various pricing strategies and objectives, as well as the major factors affecting pricing decisions, and price reviewing and correction methods.

Whereas “The Successful Digital Marketing of Entrepreneurs” will be the topic of the last workshop of this month, to be held on Wednesday, 29 July. This workshop will discuss the most significant opportunities of online marketing, the specifications to be met by marketing websites, and active online marketing, and in particular, through social networking channels.

The department invites those who are interested to communicate with the government communication center on the number 80070 in case of having any enquiries or for enrollment.
