Hilton Luxor Resort Spa appoints Commercial Manager

Cairo, Egypt : Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa has appointed Ahmed Hegazy as Commercial Manager. In his capacity, Hegazy will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the commercial team, designing and implementing a strategic commercial plan, and recruiting and managing commercial representatives.

With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry and sales, Hegazy started his career with Hilton as the Regional Sales Director, based in Egypt, in 2005. In 2006, he won the Hilton Worldwide Best Salesperson Award for doubling targets and achieving a 150% increase in sales in one year.

Before taking on his new role, Hegazy was Director of Sales at Hilton Pyramids Golf.  “Ahmed will be a very strong addition to the ambitious Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa Team and lead the growing Commercial Department towards further success,” said Florian Gruhl, General Manager of Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa. “His drive and dedication to excellence has been a boon to the company, and we look forward to supporting his continued success in his role as Commercial Manager at Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa.”
