His appointment takes advantage of the distinct opportunities that exist within Bank ABC globally, in a glaring example of our commitment as a Group to grow talent from within the organisation.”

Dr. Kawan added, “I have had the opportunity to work with Sedjwick in recent years and have seen first-hand his deep commitment to maintaining and promoting the risk culture of our Group. He fully deserves this recognition and I have no doubt that he will continue in his new role to make a significant contribution.”

On his part, Sedjwick said that “it has been a great experience contributing to the management and transformation of the Bank’s risk journey and our progress and achievements so far are indeed impressive.
