Alkhabeer Private Equity expands into education sector through three major new acquisitions across Saudi Arabia and UAE

These acquisitions form the initial components of Alkhabeer’s Educational Portfolio

Jeddah: Alkhabeer Capital, a prominent asset management company specializing in alternative investments, announces that it has successfully acquired 100% equity stakes in Dubai-based Capital School and Khobar-based Azezeyah, as well as acquiring a 90% equity stake in Riyadh-based Tanmiyah Company through its Funds; Alkhabeer Education Private Equity Fund II and Alkhabeer Education Private Equity III.

These acquisitions form the initial components of Alkhabeer’s Educational Portfolio (the “Portfolio”), which is expected to own and manage best-in-class K-12 education institutions across the GCC.
